Planned Maintenance — Two maintenance calls each year: One each during heating and ac season. We will inspect and advise you of any needed repairs. (No repairs are made without your approval.). Routinely inspecting your appliances helps prevent breakdowns and maintain efficiency. Our inspections and checks include the following:
